Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Statistics and have 3–5 years of experience in business strategy or data analysis, with strong skills in strategic mapping, data analytics, and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Strategic Mapping & Implementation and Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance gaps identified by SMO and determine root causes of underperformance through operational data analysis.
• Develop performance forecasts and scenarios to anticipate risks and potential target deviations.
• Evaluate KPI relevance, quality, and alignment, ensuring a balance between leading and lagging indicators.
• Audit and validate performance data collected by SMO to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Recommend data-driven corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve target achievement.
• Develop advanced data visualizations and storytelling materials for Strategic Review Meeting presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support SMO's annual planning process.

What we're looking for

Proficient in Data Analytics & Reporting, Performance Calibration Methods, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), Data Management, and basic Reward & Consequence Frameworks.
