Job summary

aksari luxury resort & spa ubud is seeking a seasoned Spa Operations Manager to lead our spa division across multiple locations. You will shape guest experience, set service standards, and drive profitability through budgeting, SOPs, and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality or Spa Management, 3–5 years in spa operations or hospitality management, and proven leadership to oversee several spa venues while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations or hospitality management, preferably in a multi-unit or corporate role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple spa locations.
• Excellent knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, service standards, and guest experience management.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and service standards.
• Experience in staff training, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations related to spa operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management systems/software.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
