Job summary

Synergy Pro seeks a Spa Manager to lead a new boutique spa in Canggu, Bali, ensuring luxury service, strong team performance, and healthy commercial results.

You will oversee daily operations, train therapists and reception staff, manage revenue and costs, drive upselling, and build local relationships to support the launch and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Spa/Operations management.
• Experience in high-end spa or 4/5-star hospitality.
• Strong financial & commercial understanding.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales & upselling ability.

• Support new spa set-up & launch

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years’ experience as Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager
• Experience in high-end spa or 4/5-star hospitality
• Strong financial & commercial understanding
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong sales & upselling ability
• Familiar with POS, booking systems & inventory control
• Strong knowledge of Canggu/Seminyak market
• Experience launching a new spa is highly preferred
