Job summary

Wine Adore Indonesia is seeking a skilled corporate sommelier based in Bali to lead wine training for the internal team and support wine events. The role focuses on education, catalogue curation, and ensuring product knowledge aligns with company goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in the wine industry, fluent English, strong wine knowledge, and ideally a WSET certification. On-site work in Ungasan, Badung, Bali with immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong wine knowledge and confident presentation skills.
• Experience in training or customer-facing roles in wine service.
• Preferably WSET certified.

Responsibilities

• Wine training for internal team (on-site).

About the job Corporate Sommelier - Bali (Wine Distributor)

Wine Sommelier - Corporate Training & Development | Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-site | Wine Adore Indonesia | Wine Adore is looking for a skilled Sommelier to act as key role in team development, wine education, and operational consultant. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wine education and eager to elevate both team capabilities and customer experience strategically.

This position is best suited for candidates who are already based in Bali and familiar with the local working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wine training for internal team (Conduct short, effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations)


• Assisting with Wine Tasting Event, Wine Handling (on-site or remote coordination), Wine Portfolio, & Catalogue curation (include profiles, tasting notes, and food pairing best practices)


• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goals


• Office admin tasks related to wine operations

Requirements

• Currently based in Bali, Indonesia and available to join immediately


• 1-3 years of experience in the Wine Industry


• Fluent in English (spoken and written)


• Preferably WSETcertified


• Strong Wine knowledge and confident presentation skills


• Experience in training or customer-facing roles in Wine Service
