The Luxury Collection is seeking a wine and beverage associate in Lombok for full-time on-site service. You will answer guest questions about wine origin, vintage, and style, and ensure stock quality, restock liquor, and manage bottles for guests.

Responsibilities include helping with staff training, scheduling, and maintaining safety and confidentiality of company assets while upholding Marriott standards of guest service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Answer guest questions regarding origin, vintage, and style of wines.
• Check quality and quantity of stock and supplies; requisition supplies.
• Prepare drink orders for guests according to recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles; count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
