PT Meisindo Karya Semesta membutuhkan tenaga penjualan berpengalaman di industri wine untuk mengembangkan peluang di Bali. Peran ini melibatkan presentasi portofolio kepada sommeliers, manajer F&B, dan pembeli ritel, serta negosiasi kontrak dan syarat komersial.

Kandidat ideal memiliki 1–3 tahun pengalaman penjualan/minuman, kualifikasi WSET level 2 atau setara, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik, serta lisensi mengemudi dan siap bepergian di wilayah yang ditetapkan.

Qualifications

• Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan presentasi produk.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik untuk berurusan dengan klien F&B dan ritel.
• Berorientasi target dengan pengalaman di bidang minuman/wine menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Identifikasi dan amankan peluang penjualan baru di kanal on-trade dan off-trade.
• Menyajikan portofolio minuman kepada sommeliers dan pembeli ritel.
• Negosiasi syarat komersial, harga, dan kontrak untuk mencapai target bulanan/kuartalan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities across on-trade (restaurants, bars, hotels) and off-trade (retail, specialty shops) channels.
• Pitch and present our beverage portfolio to sommeliers, food and beverage (F&B) managers, and retail buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring regular communication, timely reorders, and high satisfaction.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sell-through at the venue level.
• Organize and host wine tastings, masterclasses, wine dinners, and trade events for clients and consumers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized point-of-sale (POS) materials and digital content.
• Conduct staff training sessions for hospitality clients on wine profiles, service standards, and food pairings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client feedback in the CRM system.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales or marketing experience in the wine, spirits, or FMCG beverage industry.
• High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) [as required] in any major
• Wine Certification: WSET Level 2 or higher (or equivalent sommelier certification) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, Accustomed to working with sales targets, Active use of social media and an understanding of basic digital marketing strategies are a plus
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regularly within the designated territory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
