Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. leads corporate planning, financial analysis, and performance evaluation to support strategic decisions across the group.

The role collaborates with the Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to monitor KPIs, risk, and strategic initiatives. The candidate will drive business process improvements, SOP development, and change management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Corporate Planning, Financial/Business Analysis, Strategic Management, Risk Management, or BPM.
• Strong financial analysis skills: profitability, cost, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of Balanced Scorecard, KPI, OKR, SOP development, and risk management.
• Excel and knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Ability to analyze broad business issues and design process models.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate planning and financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor strategies, business performance, KPIs, and initiatives with Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management.
• Identify performance gaps, opportunities, risks, and improvements.
• Lead process improvement: mapping, SOP development, standardization, and management-system enhancement.

Corporate Planning, Performance, & Business Process Manager

Develop corporate planning and financial analysis to support business planning, management decision-making, and evaluation of business performance.

Work closely with the Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to monitor corporate strategies, business performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and strategic initiatives.

Conduct financial and business analysis to identify performance gaps, business opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.

Identify and monitor business risks and develop risk mitigation strategies across the company group.

Lead business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, SOP development, process standardization, and management system enhancement to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the company group.

Drive change management initiatives to support the implementation and adoption of new strategies, management systems, and business processes across the company group.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Planning, Financial/Business Analysis, Strategic Management, Risk Management, or Business Process Management.

Strong financial analysis skills, including profitability, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial performance evaluation.

Having knowledge in Balanced Scorecard, KPI, OKR, business process improvement, SOP development, and risk management.

Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, able to design, carry out analysis and business process models.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in property, construction, or hospitality industries is an advantage.

Willing to travel frequently for business trips to business units and operational sites.
