Accounting Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions and account reconciliations.

Prepare, review, and control monthly and annual financial reports to provide reliable financial information to management.

Monitor corporate tax obligations and evaluate tax exposure to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Plan, execute, and monitor fieldwork audits based on established frameworks and annual audit plans.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities on accounting and audit matters.

Monitor all reporting deadlines and maintain a systematic, secure administrative filing system for financial documents.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team performance while identifying process improvements to optimize financial workflows.

Support corporate finance initiatives, financial restructuring, or documentation required for Initial Public Offering (IPO) readiness.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, auditing, and tax management.

Have knowledge of financial consolidation and corporate tax regulations.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and supervise team members.

Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental and external coordination.
