PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, based in South Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Corporate Planning & Strategic Management Manager to lead planning, analytics, and risk management initiatives.

You will work with the Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to monitor progress, apply strategic frameworks, and mitigate risks across the company. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Management or equal, with a master's degree highly desirable.
• 1-2 years in Corporate Planning, System Management Development & Implementation, Risk Management.
• Having knowledge in Balance Score Card, OKR, SOP, Data & Business Intelligence experience (e.g. Data Analysis, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, able to design, carry out analysis and business process models.
• Negotiation skill, risk & business analysis, strong analytical background, a problem solver and have excellent diagramming and communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop, suggest, and implement an effective planning and analysis capability to support management decision making.
• Work closely with Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to monitor achievement and follow-up strategies.
• Apply strategic frameworks to analyze and mitigate risks for the company.
• Analyze and improve the management system across the group for continuous improvement.
• Plan and monitor KPI & tools to track achievements across the group.
• Build and maintain relationships with group strategy partners, management, and stakeholders.
