Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an Corporate and Insurance Account Executive to drive growth of corporate and hospital insurance customers. The role involves presenting hospital products, forming partnerships with companies and insurers, and maintaining strong partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The candidate will coordinate promotional activities, manage documentation, and support quality/safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or related major.
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the sales field (preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and resolve contract and claims issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare management software and insurance billing systems.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate and hospital insurance customers.
• Provide information on hospital products and facilities to customers.
• Collaborate with companies and insurers to secure hospital as a corporate partner.
• Maintain cooperative relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Prepare for promotional activities including MCU, seminars, on-site events.
• Handle registration and documentation for internal parties to share employment information.
• Implement quality and safety service procedures, attend trainings, and report indicators.

• Implement approach and sales strategies to customers and candidates to maintain and increase the number of corporate and hospital insurance customers
• Providing information related to the latest hospital products and facilities to potential customers and hospital customers
• Collaborating with companies and insurance companies to become corporate customers of the Hospital
• Maintain and improve good cooperative relationships with Hospital customers to maintain the satisfaction of partner companies in accordance with the provisions of established agreements
• Carry out preparations for promotional activities up to documentation (MCU, seminars, on site, etc.) to ensure the event runs as planned
• Carry out the registration and documentation process for internal parties to ensure that employment relationship information is distributed properly
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
