The role also provides operational support to maintain system stability, handle critical incidents, and optimize performance. You will develop the team and coordinate with vendors and internal departments to align business needs with technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management or Engineering.
• 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4–6 years in enterprise core technologies with some team management.
• Familiar with more than one software development methodology.
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business needs through collaboration.

Job description

Core System Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and management of Core System software, ensuring high technical standards, quality, and compliance with corporate policies. The position also provides operational support to maintain system stability, handle critical incidents, and optimize application performance. Additionally, the manager oversees and develops the team, while coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure business needs are effectively integrated into all technology initiatives.

Responsibilitites

• Provides development management and technical leadership for every aspect of Core System software, perform closely with Engineers, Developers and Project Management throughout organization to influence product development and improvement.
• Establish and stimulates software development standards, processes and documentation along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with all corporate securities, guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Consults with internal departments to identify business requirements and include into project objectives, also provides support regarding product software development to internal departments & business entities.
• Supports, troubleshoots, and maintains front end application production systems to optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide timely follow-up on identified issues.
• Provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the incident.
• Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for sub department and individual staff members, recruits, disciplines and trains staff based on current needs and anticipations.
• Manage & Collaborate with IT Vendor.
• Bachelor Degree (Strata-1) from respectable Universities with major in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, Engineering
• 7 years professional experiences in software engineering
• 4- 6 years in multiple Enterprise Core Technologies Development with some team management experience
• Familiar with more than one software development methodology
