• Coordinate with the SAP 3rd party provider to prepare data for regular license audits and report anomalies.
• Implement quality assurance and stakeholder feedback sessions to maintain effective relationships.
• Assist in resolving cross‑divisional SAP Core Technology issues by providing support and accurate information.
• Coordinate on SAP initiatives execution and manage risk with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and coordinate the implementation of new SAP technologies to improve system performance.
• Validate solution design for SAP enhancements and review technical efforts for feasibility.
• Analyze the impact of new SAP implementations including integration with CRM and other solutions.
• Ensure alignment of new initiatives with existing SAP Business Process design for operational consistency.
• Implement SAP Core Technology procedures and coordinate with stakeholders for compliance.

• Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support operational excellence and business competitiveness.
• Coordinate with the SAP 3rd party provider to prepare data required for regular license audits, and promptly report anomalies or risks to ensure ongoing compliance and cost efficient license utilization.
• Implement and conduct quality assurance and stakeholder feedback sessions on a regular basis while actively managing expectations, requirements, and satisfaction to maintain effective relationships between the DIT organization and all key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist in resolving cross‑divisional SAP Core Technology issues by providing accurate information and supporting actions, and monitor third‑party SLA performance to ensure issue resolution and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with the third‑party provider on SAP initiatives execution, including presenting project progress and managing risk and issue with key stakeholders to ensure project transparency and timely resolution.
• Analyze, assess, and coordinate the implementation of new SAP technologies to improve system performance and enhance corporate productivity.
• Validate solution design for SAP enhancements and review technical efforts proposed by third‑party providers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze the impact of new SAP implementations and enhancements, including integration requirements with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ECC (SD, MM, WM, FI, CO, BPC), Rental Business System (RBS) solution, Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service, etc.
• Coordinate the alignment of new initiatives with existing SAP Business Process design across end‑to‑end business processes (Prime Product, Product Support, Rental and Used Equipment, Finance, and Human Resources) to ensure integration and operational consistency.
• Ensure the implementation of SAP Core Technology procedures and policies in daily operations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support compliance and operational consistency.
