Job summary

AXA Indonesia AMFS seeks a Core System Development Manager to lead development and management of Core System software, ensuring high technical standards, quality, and policy compliance.

The role also provides operational support to maintain system stability, handle critical incidents, and optimize performance. You will develop the team and coordinate with vendors and internal departments to align business needs with technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management or Engineering.
• 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4–6 years in enterprise core technologies with some team management.
• Familiar with more than one software development methodology.
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business needs through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provides development management and technical leadership for Core System software.
• Establishes software development standards, processes and documentation.
• Monitors compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Consults with internal departments to identify business requirements and integrates them into projects.
• Supports and maintains front-end production systems to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Provides expertise during critical incidents and coordinates with impacted groups.
• Evaluates staff performance, sets goals, recruits and trains team members.
• Manages and collaborates with IT vendors.
