Job summary

SUMMARECON MALL SERPONG is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver on-ground events at Scientia Square Park. You will oversee preparation, run-downs, safety, and guest experience, coordinating with tenants, vendors, performers, EO partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in event management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in event management, preferably in a theme park, amusement park, FEC, mall, or entertainment venue.
• Experience in on-ground event execution and vendor coordination.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation through post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, EO partners, performers, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare event rundown, timeline, operational checklist, and venue requirements.
• Monitor event operations on-site and ensure smooth execution according to plan.
• Manage crowd flow, guest experience, safety, and overall event operations.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare event reports.
