Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage events from prep through post-event evaluation at Scientia Square Park. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, performers, tenants, and EO partners to deliver seamless experiences.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments, including weekend work. This position focuses on crowd management, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in event management, preferably in a theme park, amusement park, FEC, mall, or entertainment venue.
• Strong experience in on-ground event execution and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible event schedules.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented, Good knowledge of crowd management, guest experience, and event safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation through post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, EO partners, performers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare event rundown, timeline, operational checklist, and venue requirements.
• Monitor event operations on‑site and ensure smooth execution according to plan.
• Manage crowd flow, guest experience, safety, and overall event operations.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare event reports.
