About the role

PT Hookah Place Partnership is seeking an experienced and talented Cook (Western/Japanese Foods) to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Western and Japanese dishes for our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare a variety of Western and Japanese dishes to our high standards
• Ensure all food items are prepared and presented consistently and to specification
• Maintain a clean and organised work station
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Assist with stock control and ordering of supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a cook, preferably in Western and/or Japanese cuisine
• Strong culinary skills and an eye for presentation
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
