Job summary

Barboa Cafe in Bali is hiring a Kitchen Staff member to prepare and cook food according to Barboa Cafe s recipes and standards. You will assist in maintaining quality, taste, presentation, and consistent portions, while keeping a clean, organized workstation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of restaurant/cafe experience, can work under pressure, follow recipes, and participate in fast-paced service. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant/cafe/hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to follow Barboa Cafe recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
