Job summary

Leading Rubber Manufacturing Group is seeking a COO to lead and oversee the new NBR production unit, including strategy, operations, and growth across NBR and related NR manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will drive the setup from ground up, manage budgets, and ensure scalable, sustainable operations while building and mentoring cross-functional teams involved in manufacturing and commercialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at Senior Manager level or above.
• Strong technical and operational expertise in NBR rubber manufacturing.
• Experience setting up or scaling rubber manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and scale-up of a new NBR manufacturing unit.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, technical processes, and quality control for NBR/NR production.
• Drive commercial strategy for NBR cube sales and market development.
