Noraa & Co. is seeking a strategic Head of Product for a confidential, tech-driven organization in Jakarta. This leader will set product direction and guide a team of 20–40 Product Managers, supported by UI/UX and Product Researchers.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, outcomes, disciplined product culture, and clear decision rights, with accountability for overall product health and measurable impact.

Competenze

• Proven senior product leadership experience in a technology or digital-product environment.
• Experience leading and developing a sizeable product organization with multiple seniority levels.
• Strong ability to coach in discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Track record defining strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering customer and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of customer research, UI/UX collaboration, product analytics, experimentation, and success metrics.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with senior executives.

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent product portfolio and measurable outcomes.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term experience, scalability, reliability, and health.
• Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions across new products, features, and technical dependencies.
• Lead and develop an organization of 20–40 Product Managers with UI/UX and Research teams.
• Coach senior and junior PMs, elevate product thinking, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.
• Establish clear structures, ownership, decision rights, and performance standards.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, customer empathy, honesty, and accountability.
• Ensure initiatives begin with clarity on why, outcomes, constraints, and success metrics.
