Job summary

Brink’s Indonesia is seeking a vigilant operations monitor to oversee real-time movements of the armada and personnel, ensuring deliveries run on schedule, routes and procedures are followed, and incidents are tracked.

You will coordinate with operations teams, dispatchers, and branches, compile daily/weekly/monthly reports, input data, and support audits and investigations while maintaining strict security standards.

Melakukan monitoring seluruh pergerakan armada dan personel CIT secara real-time melalui sistem GPS, aplikasi monitoring, atau media komunikasi. Memastikan setiap perjalanan dan aktivitas pengiriman uang berjalan sesuai jadwal, rute, dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim operasional, dispatcher, messenger, custodian, dan cabang terkait apabila terjadi kendala operasional. Mencatat, memonitor, dan menindaklanjuti setiap incident, delay, deviasi rute, maupun keadaan darurat. Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan. Melakukan input, validasi, dan pembaruan data operasional ke dalam sistem. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, SLA, serta standar keamanan operasional CIT. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal (bank, vendor, atau customer) terkait informasi operasional apabila diperlukan. Mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen operasional secara rapi dan akurat. Mendukung proses investigasi, audit internal, maupun audit eksternal dengan menyediakan data dan dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan.
