Job summary

Kastil.co Holding Enterprise is seeking an Engineer – Control System (CPHD) to support the Coal Processing & Handling Division in East Kalimantan. You will contribute to plant reliability, safety, and efficiency through engineering, automation, and project management.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering, 3+ years in electrical engineering or control systems, and experience with DCS, PLCs, SCADA and related standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or D4 in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering with focus on control systems.
• At least 3 years in electrical engineering, automation or control systems.
• Familiar with ISA, IEC, IEEE, AS, PUIL standards.
• Preferred: power plant experience and Sertifikat Kompetensi Ketenagalistrikan.
• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical assessments, designs, specifications and cost estimates for modifications and upgrades.
• Develop and optimize control system and instrumentation maintenance procedures for coal-fired plants and diesel generators.
• Program, modify and troubleshoot automation architecture including Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley PLCs, MaxDNA DCS and WinCC SCADA.
• Conduct FMEA and RCA for power generation assets and translate findings into maintenance schedules.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to boost availability, reliability, and safety while reducing costs.
• Prepare CEAs and manage control system projects from inception to completion per HSES guidelines.
• Direct third-party contractors to meet milestones on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute to environmental health, safety, cost control and performance improvements.
