Job summary

PT Kaltim Prima Coal seeks an Engineer – Control System to join the Coal Processing & Handling Division in East Kalimantan. You will maintain and optimize coal processing control systems, focusing on safety, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities include PLC/DCS programming (Siemens S7/Allen-Bradley, WinCC), SCADA maintenance, and overseeing contractor work, with strong emphasis on HSE compliance and RCA/FMEA analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Eng.
• 3+ years in automation or control systems.
• Experience with PLC/DCS, SCADA, and CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize coal processing control systems for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and program PLC/DCS (Siemens S7/AB), WinCC, and MaxDNA systems.
• Prepare technical assessments, CEAs, and oversee contractor work.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and perform RCA/FMEA as needed.
