Job summary

PT Kaltim Prima Coal in East Kalimantan seeks an Engineer – Control System (CPHD) to maintain and optimize coal processing and handling systems at East Kutai facilities.

You will program PLCs (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), tune DCS (MaxDNA), and maintain SCADA (WinCC) with a focus on reliability and safety; 3 years of automation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering, automation, or control systems.
• Strong PLC maintenance, DCS programming, and SCADA experience.
• Familiarity with ISA, IEC, IEEE, AS, and PUIL standards.

Responsibilities

• Technical design & maintenance of control systems; modify and design procedures.
• Systems programming for PLC (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), DCS, and SCADA.
• Conduct FMEA and RCA to drive equipment availability improvements.
• Manage CEAs, oversee contractor performance, ensure safety, cost, and quality standards.
