Job description

• 4+ years' experience in remuneration, compensation, reward, or workforce analytics, ideally within financial services, investment banking, financial markets, or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting remuneration and workforce data, identifying trends, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
• Curiosity and confidence using data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to improve analysis, enhance efficiency, and support evidence-based reward decisions.
• Awareness of emerging reward trends, including pay transparency, pay equity, skills-based pay considerations, and the evolving use of data and technology in compensation decision-making.
• Experience analyzing market remuneration data, benchmarking compensation outcomes, and supporting annual compensation review processes, regulatory reporting, reward governance, pay equity analysis, or large-scale workforce analysis would be highly regarded.
• A good understanding of compensation principles, including fixed pay, variable pay, market benchmarking, reward governance, and incentive structures.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate analysis and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring further review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex remuneration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a global team.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a strong client-service mindset and interest in continuous improvement.

Salary range for this position: $130,000 – $170,000/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
