Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a candidate to establish and manage an efficient Search & Account Safety Labeling team in Surabaya. Responsibilities include labeling search queries, reviewing content per TikTok policies, and coordinating with internal teams for user and brand safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year in data labeling/AI tasks, strong English skills (B2), and the ability to work under pressure with strict SOPs. 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, on-site in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year experience in data labeling/AI tasks.
• Fluent in English (B2 level) or higher.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review content for adherence to guidelines and standards.
• Manage labeling across multiple content types (video, image, text, etc.).
• Escalate issues and trends; improve quality of the review process.
