TELUS Digital is looking for a Content Moderator in Bali to ensure a safe digital environment by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines. The role requires proficiency in English and Malay, with new graduates encouraged to apply. The position offers an attractive salary, health insurance, and career development opportunities.

Content Moderators will work full time in Denpasar, with responsibilities including content review and compliance assessment. A positive and professional work environment is provided, including training and various perks.

Formación

• Minimum D3 in any major (all majors are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay Language (B2 proficiency required).
• New graduates are welcome.
• No experience required, but helpful if present.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content for adherence to guidelines.
• Assess and remove inappropriate content.
• Manage content safety for video products.
• Coordinate with supervisors on content violations.
• Perform audits of content for social media sharing.

Excellent communication skills in English
