Job summary

Tec-Do is seeking a Lead Scriptwriter, Videographer, and Video Editor to drive end-to-end short-video content for TikTok Shop in Indonesia. You will lead creative direction, QC, and collaborate with brands, sharing content performance and project updates.

The role requires 3+ years in Content/Creative, experience leading a production team, and a strong grasp of GMV, margin, and data-driven decisions. English is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Content/Creative, preferably in E-commerce, or agency.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, production, and editing.
• Proven experience managing a content production team.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and short-form video content.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Business-oriented and data-driven, with understanding of GMV and margin.
• English communication skills preferred; Mandarin is a plus.
