• Lead weekly and monthly content planning for Trivia & TNE.
• Define content direction, themes, and production requirements.
• Create clear and effective creative briefs for the team.
• Conduct trend research (TikTok & META) to keep content relevant.
• Collaborate with TikTok Content Creators to plan engaging content.
• Oversee pre-production preparation, including monthly planning documents.
• Manage production needs (talent, props, location, setup).
• Direct and guide talent to ensure content aligns with the concept.
• Review and ensure content quality before production and publishing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., copywriting/web content).

Skill Requirements

• 4+ years in content planning/production with team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, META).
• Proven ability to manage, guide, and develop a team.
• Able to translate ideas into structured, engaging content plans.
