Qualifications

• Near-native English with editor’s eye
• 3+ years editing for professional audiences
• Strong PowerPoint layout and formatting
• Excellent attention to detail (numbers, names, dates)
• Comfort using AI drafting tools daily
• Finance/consulting/B2B background preferred
• Experience running executive LinkedIn or executive communications preferred
• Experience with US or international clients preferred

Content Editor — Executive Communications

You will run the founder's entire content operation: every LinkedIn post published on schedule in his voice, every deck finished to investment-banking standard, every warm comment or DM flagged the same day — and a visible pipeline of meetings that started as content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit AI-drafted content into publication-ready work: LinkedIn posts, outreach emails, and deck copy
• Fact-check every number, name, and claim against source files before anything ships
• Run the content calendar — nothing publishes without the founder's approval (regulated industry)
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement daily and flag warm inbound worth a personal reply
• Hand-finish presentations in PowerPoint: layout, charts, formatting, template consistency
• Repurpose: turn one deck insight into posts, emails, and follow-ups

About you

• Near-native written English with an editor's eye — you catch what's off, not just what's wrong
• 3+ years in editing, content, or communications for professional or business audiences
• Solid PowerPoint — layout and formatting fluency (design sense is a plus, not the job)
• Obsessive attention to detail: numbers, names, and dates checked every time
• Comfort using AI tools daily as your drafting partner
• Preferred: Finance, consulting, or B2B background — you can read a P&L or a market-sizing chart
• Preferred: Experience running an executive's LinkedIn or executive communications
• Preferred: Experience working with US or international clients
