Qualifications

• Near-native English with editor’s eye
• 3+ years editing for professional audiences
• Strong PowerPoint layout and formatting
• Excellent attention to detail (numbers, names, dates)
• Comfort using AI drafting tools daily
• Finance/consulting/B2B background preferred
• Experience running executive LinkedIn or executive communications preferred
• Experience with US or international clients preferred

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-drafted content into publication-ready posts, emails, and deck copy
• Fact-check numbers, names, and claims against sources
• Manage content calendar; ensure founder approval before publication
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement and flag warm inbound opportunities
• Finish presentations in PowerPoint with consistent design
• Repurpose a deck insight into posts, emails, and follow-ups
