Job summary

Jackson Ventures is seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor for content production based in Jakarta. You will design graphics for LinkedIn posts, decks, and outreach materials, and edit short-form video for LinkedIn and other platforms to maintain a cohesive brand style.

You will transform rough research into polished visuals, keep brand templates updated, and collaborate with the Content Editor to ensure consistency across visuals and copy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in graphic design and video editing for professional audiences.
• Strong portfolio showing static design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro + CapCut.
• Comfort using AI design/video tools daily.
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.
• Experience creating LinkedIn short-form video (preferred).
• Experience with US or international clients (preferred).

Key responsibilities

Design graphics for LinkedIn posts, decks, and outreach materials in a consistent brand style

Edit short-form video (deck walkthroughs, clips, highlight reels) for LinkedIn and other platforms

Take rough research/synthesis (often AI-assisted) and turn it into clean, professional visuals and slides

Maintain and evolve brand templates, colors, and visual guidelines

Work closely with the Content Editor to keep visual and written content consistent

Turn quick edits around same-day when timely content requires it

About you

3+ years in graphic design and video editing for professional or business audiences

Strong portfolio showing both static design and video editing work

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects) or Canva Pro + CapCut equivalents

Comfort using AI design/video tools daily as part of your workflow

Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality — this role supports time-sensitive content

Experience building short-form video content for LinkedIn specifically (preferred)
