Job summary

Concepts Conveyed Studio is seeking a hands-on PIC for Instagram and YouTube management in Bali. You will own day-to-day operations, create and adapt content with AI enhancements, and contribute to strategy and concepts for both channels.

Collaboration with the production and marketing teams is required to publish layouts and execute channel decisions. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in content creation and social media management, with Canva and video editing experience.

Job description

Main person in charge (PIC) for Instagram and YouTube, owning day to day management of both channels while working within the overall direction set by the Marketing & Branding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account management Owns day to day operations of Instagram and YouTube: posting, scheduling, community engagement, and general upkeep of both accounts.

2. Digital content creation & AI enhancement Adapts raw material into postable content, using templates provided by the graphic designer as the base and applying AI enhancement tools where relevant to get content ready for publishing.

3. Strategy and concept input Contributes ideas and input on content strategy and concepts for both platforms, bringing a working knowledge of what's performing and what audiences are responding to.

4. Post layout Works with lead on laying out posts once assets are delivered by the production teams (via the marketing team's project coordinator).

5. Execution under direction Executes day to day content and channel decisions, while overall creative and strategic direction for Instagram and YouTube continues to come from Lead

Looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, ideally with experience in Canva and video editing.

This role sits alongside the Marketing Team Project Coordinator role, who handles cross-team asset requests and delivery.
