• Minimum 2 years as a Content Creator in branding or consumer/retail brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok organic content, including pacing and hooks.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing Instagram and TikTok content.
• Communicative, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Adaptive, proactive, creative, and trend-driven in following current trends.
• Experience creating content with 3D elements is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya.

1. Develop and create engaging organic content for Instagram and TikTok, particularly for branding and awareness purposes.

2. Develop content concepts based on current trends, audience behavior, and brand identity.

Handle the content creation process from ideation, scripting, shooting, to presenting content on camera.

3. Apply strong understanding of content pacing, hooks, storytelling, and organic social media formats.

4. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.

5. Monitor social media trends and continuously propose fresh and relevant content ideas.

6. Evaluate content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in branding or consumer/retail brands.

2. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok organic content, including pacing, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.

3. Must have a relevant portfolio showcasing Instagram and TikTok content.

4. Communicative, confident, and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.

5. Adaptive, proactive, creative, and highly initiative-driven in following and utilizing current trends.

6. Experience creating content incorporating 3D elements is a plus.

7. Willing to be based in Surabaya.
