Job summary

Solve Education! is seeking a social media content contributor to manage posting and scheduling across platforms, adapting content to English and Bahasa Indonesia. You’ll appear on camera as a voice of our channels and support shoots with scripting, assets, and simple edits.

Ideal candidates are hands-on with social media, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while collaborating with the Growth & Marketing team in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others per calendar.
• Adapt drafts, captions, and materials to Solve Education!'s tone across languages.
• Appear on camera for Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn content.
• Assist with content shoots: prep, scripting, asset collection, basic editing.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, friendly manner.

Job description

This role is execution-focused and content-driven, combining social media savviness with disciplined publishing operations. You will work closely with our Growth & Marketing teamto keep our channels active, consistent, and on-brand. You’ll help turn raw content into posts, keep the content calendar on track, and occasionally step in front of the camera to bring our stories to life.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Content Posting & Scheduling: Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels according to the content calendar.
• Tone & Copy Adaptation: Adapt drafts, captions, and raw materials into Solve Education!’s tone of voice in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• On-Camera Content: Appear as a talent in social media content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn ) as one of the voices of our channels.
• Production Support: Support content shoots, including preparation, scripting support, asset collection, and basic editing.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, friendly, and on-brand way.
• Content Calendar & Asset Management: Keep the content calendar, captions, and media assets organised and up to date.
• Performance Tracking: Compile simple weekly insights on reach, engagement, and top-performing content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Lead and internal teams to gather stories and keep content quality consistent.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hands-on experience handling social media accounts
• Fresh graduate or last year university students are welcome to apply
• Social media native, fluent in current formats, trends, and platform features
• Confident and comfortable on camera, and enjoys creating and appearing in content
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with schedules and deadlines
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools
• Willing to be placed in our office in Bandung
