Job Description

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing creative, engaging, and impactful content for our social media platforms and internal branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute creative content ideas (photo, video, caption, reels, etc.) for social media and company events
• Plan, shoot, and edit visual materials for marketing campaigns
• Write engaging captions, taglines, and storytelling content that match brand tone
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign planning and execution
• Stay updated with social media trends and new content formats

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome)
• Proficient in photo/video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling
• Familiar with social media algorithms and engagement strategies

Preferred Skills

• Experience in photography or videography is a plus
• Comfortable in front of the camera (for company reels/tiktok content)
• Able to write bilingual content (English/Indonesian) is an advantage
