The Island Sports Club is seeking a proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to craft engaging visual content and manage our social platforms across three Bali locations: Denpasar, Cemagi, and Uluwatu.

Candidates should bring proven content creation skills, photography/videography abilities, and experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools. Travel between sites is required, with a focus on growing our brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Portfolio of previous content creation or social media work is advantageous.
• Willing to travel between Denpasar, Cemagi, and Uluwatu locations.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for Island Sports Denpasar, Cemagi, and Uluwatu.
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality content for social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across the company’s accounts.
• Manage daily operations of Instagram Feed, Reels, and Stories.
• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Promote events, tournaments, memberships, coaching programs, and F&B offerings.
• Repost relevant user-generated content and maintain an active online presence.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure content accuracy and timely publication.
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
• Perform other marketing and social media duties as assigned.

The Island Sports is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team!

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and developing creative ideas to strengthen our brand presence across all three locations: Island Sports Denpasar, Island Sports Cemagi, and Island Sports Uluwatu.

The Island Sports Club operates across multiple stunning locations in Bali, including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T. Our mission is to create a community-driven space where sports enthusiasts come together for competition, wellness, and fun. From world-class padel tournaments to holistic wellness experiences, we aim to be more than just a sports club—we are a lifestyle destination.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications).
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop engaging content ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to travel between the Company's three locations in Denpasar, Cemagi, and Uluwatu.
• Having a portfolio of previous content creation or social media work is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for all three locations: Island Sports Denpasar, Island Sports Cemagi, and Island Sports Uluwatu.
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality content for social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across the Company's social media accounts.
• Manage the daily operations of the Company's social media platforms, including Instagram Feed, Reels, and Stories.
• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote the Company's events, tournaments, memberships, coaching programs, food and beverage offerings, and other marketing campaigns.
• Repost relevant user-generated content and maintain an active and engaging online presence.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure content accuracy and timely publication.
• Maintain an organised library of digital content, photos, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Perform other marketing, content creation, and social media-related duties as reasonably assigned by the Company.
