Job summary

IBMC is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join the on-site team at a premier Wellness, Yoga & Holistic Resort in Seseh, Bali. You will own end-to-end social content creation, short-form video production, copywriting, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships to elevate the brand and drive bookings.

The role requires at least 2 years of marketing experience, on-site availability in Bali, Indonesian citizenship, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), photography, and visual assets for resort offerings.
• Develop, schedule, and analyze content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other channels.
• Write compelling copy for social posts, newsletters, blogs, and promos.
• Plan and run paid social campaigns; design promos for trainings and events.

IBMC is assisting a premier Wellness, Yoga & Holistic Resort located on the serene shores of Seseh, Bali. The property offers an integrated holistic experience combining oceanfront accommodation, yoga shalas, sound healing, spa treatments, detox/cleanse programs, organic dining, and international wellness events. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join the on-site marketing team.

We are looking for an adaptable, story-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist with a strong visual eye and a passion for holistic living. In this on-site role in Seseh, Bali, you will be responsible for end-to-end social media content creation, short-form video production, copywriting, paid advertising strategies, and influencer/KOL management. You will build content strategies across all business units—including hotel, yoga shalas, spa, sound healing, restaurant, and teacher training programs to elevate the brand's digital presence and driver sales.

Working Location & Setup

• Location: On-site at the resort office in Seseh, Bali (100% On-Site / No Remote Option).
• Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Capture and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), photography, and visual assets that showcase the resort's yoga, sound healing, spa, restaurant, and wellness offerings.
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, schedule, and analyze content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels in alignment with brand voice.
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional marketing materials.
• Performance Advertising & Campaigns: Create sales strategies and run social media ad campaigns across platforms; design specific promotional campaigns for teacher trainings and special events.
• KOL & Partnership Management: Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), wellness influencers, and strategic brand partners.
• Analytics & Trend Research: Monitor performance metrics (reach, growth, engagement, views), deliver regular reporting dashboards, and research digital trends to keep campaigns ahead of the competition.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and support on-ground event coverage across various resort departments.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, resort, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge/experience in yoga, healing, or wellness fields is a strong plus.
• Citizenship: Indonesian Citizens Only (WNI).
• On-Site Requirement: Fully available and willing to work on-site at the office in Seseh, Bali.
• Content Production Mastery: Hands-on expertise in shooting and editing short-form mobile video content (CapCut/InShot/Adobe Premiere) and photo editing.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English for copywriting and international guest communication.
• Mindset & Interest: Creative, highly responsive, self-motivated team player. Personal interest or affinity for yoga, sound healing, or spirituality is a definite advantage.
