Job summary

Sudamala Resorts is seeking a talented Content Creator to produce compelling photography, videography, and visual storytelling for our luxury hospitality brands across Bali, Lombok, and Flores. You will manage end-to-end content projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visuals that showcase our unique experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a creative role, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in industry editing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and cinematic storytelling.
• Experience operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras, drones (a licensed drone pilot is an advantage), gimbals, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Willing and able to travel frequently to Bali, Lombok, and Flores.
• Passion for hospitality, travel, culture, art, and luxury lifestyle storytelling.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Experience working in hospitality, luxury resorts, travel, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance optimization.
• Experience directing talent or coordinating lifestyle shoots.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.
• Drone photography and aerial videography experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
