About the role

This role is about creating authentic, engaging content that naturally reflects company values while building trust in beauty segments. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands TikTok trends, and can communicate in a warm, relatable, and natural way especially from Beauty Industry.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation especially TikTok from Beauty Industry
• Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of TikTok content trends and audience behavior
• Confident speaking on camera and able to present naturally in a warm and relatable tone
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, especially around beauty topics
• Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into engaging short-form content for beauty
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating content quickly
• Consistent, responsible, and able to follow posting schedules
• Interest in beauty is highly preferred

Key responsibilities

• Generate creative content ideas and scripts based on the content calendar, campaign briefs, and current TikTok trends
• Adapt trending formats, audio, and hooks to fit brand tone of voice and product positioning
• Collaborate with the Social Media Assistant Manager to align content ideas with strategic objectives
• Perform as on-camera talent to film product reviews, tutorials, storytelling, and trend-based content
• Plan and execute shoots including setup, props, lighting, and basic staging to ensure production quality
• Ensure filmed content accurately represents product benefits and complies with claim guidelines
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native TikTok videos with pacing, captions, transitions, and sound syncing
• Optimize video format, length, and hooks based on TikTok best practices and performance data
• Actively monitor TikTok trends relevant to the beauty, skincare, and wellness space
• Propose and test new content formats to identify what drives engagement and conversion
