Job summary

Kanara Global Virtue is seeking a Quality Control Staff to perform QC on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You will work with production and QA teams to ensure all materials and products meet established quality standards before use or release.

Requirements include a minimum SMK in a chemistry-related field and at least 1 year of QC experience in cosmetics or skincare manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum SMK graduate in a chemical-related field (Kimia/Analis Kimia/Farmasi).
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in cosmetics or related manufacturing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC on raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure in-line QC during production.
• Verify finished goods meet standards before release.
• Maintain and review QC records and retained samples.
• Communicate non-conformities to the Manager.

Job description

Quality Control Raw Material & Packaging Material

As a QC Staff, you will be responsible for conducting quality control activities across Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), In-Process Products, and Finished Goods (FG). You will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure that all materials and products meet the established quality standards and specifications before being used or released.

Key responsibilities

Perform quality control on raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensure the quality of products during production (in-line QC).

Ensure that finished goods meet the established standards before release.

Maintain control over retained samples of RM, PM, and FG.

Understand and be able to perform analysis, verification, and testing in accordance with established standards.

Ensure that all required testing has been carried out.

Report to the Manager if any non-conformity is found in RM, PM, or FG received.

Requirement

Minimum SMK graduate, preferably from Kimia, Analis Kimia, Farmasi, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or skincare manufacturing/maklon industry.

Have a good understanding of basic QC processes, inspection, sampling, and testing.

Familiar with Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), In-Process Products, and Finished Goods (FG).

Able to follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards consistently.

Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to identify quality deviations or non-conformities.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Able to maintain accurate documentation and QC records.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing and able to work on-site in Legok, Tangerang.
