Job summary

One Life Adventures is seeking a content creator in Bali to manage daily social posts, engage with our community, and curate travel content from tours. You will edit video, design graphics, and produce assets for campaigns in line with our brand identity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in content creation, a strong portfolio, and a passion for travel and sustainable tourism. Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in content creation, social media, or design.
• Strong editing and design skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating original editing/design work.
• Comfortable working from creative briefs and campaign direction.
• Genuine interest in travel and sustainable/responsible tourism.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social channels (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, etc.).
• Respond to community engagement (comments, DMs) and manage brand reputation online.
• Source content from tour guides and travellers on active tours, and curate ahead of departures.
• Edit and design content - short-form video, photo, and graphics - aligned with brand voice and visual identity.
• Produce campaign graphics and creative assets from briefs provided by the Marketing Lead.
• Support email marketing with graphics and imagery as needed.
• Support website/blog content with imagery and graphics as needed.
• Produce creative assets for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Support ad-hoc design requests outside of social content (e.g. merch, internal training materials).
• Maintain an archive of usable footage/photos for future content needs.

We are looking for a content creator to join an award winning, international tour operator. This position is open to those with working rights in Indonesia and are English speakers passionate about content and travel.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social channels (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)

Respond to community engagement (comments, DMs) and manage brand reputation online

Source content from tour guides and travellers on active tours (footage, photos), and curate for material ahead of departures

Edit and design content - short-form video, photo, and graphics - aligned with brand voice and visual identity

Produce campaign graphics and creative assets from briefs provided by the Marketing Lead

Support email marketing with graphics and imagery as needed

Support website/blog content with imagery and graphics as needed

Produce creative assets for promotions and seasonal campaigns

About you
