Job summary

Responsibilities

• Photography: Photograph boats, villas, destinations, people and experiences; create professional images for websites, brochures, social media and advertising; shoot lifestyle and commercial photography; edit, retouch and prepare images; organize photo libraries.
• Video Production: Film Reels and short-form social media videos; create video content for Meta and other campaigns; film YouTube videos and longer-form content; produce videos for websites and landing pages; capture destination, lifestyle, hospitality and experience footage; film vertical and horizontal content; plan shots from a creative brief.
• Video Editing: Edit Reels, short videos and advertising creatives; edit longer YouTube videos; edit website and promotional videos; add subtitles, music, graphics; create different versions for different platforms; assemble footage into engaging final content.
• Content & Creative Production: Work from briefs and marketing objectives; help develop ideas for photo and video content; repurpose existing footage; create content for different platforms and audiences; ensure visual content is aligned with brand identity.

Location: Mainly remote except for shooting days - ideally based in Bali
Employment: Full-time / Part-time depending on experience

We are looking for a creative and versatile Photographer, Videographer & Content Editor to create visual content for tourism, hospitality and travel brands.

This is a hands-on role covering the full process from shooting to editing. You should be comfortable creating everything from professional photography for brochures and websites to Reels, social media videos, advertising creatives and longer-form YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Photograph boats, villas, destinations, people and experiences
• Create professional images for websites, brochures, social media and advertising
• Shoot both lifestyle and commercial photography
• Edit, retouch and prepare images for different uses
• Organize and maintain photo libraries

Video Production

• Film Reels and short-form social media videos
• Create video content for Meta and other advertising campaigns
• Film YouTube videos and longer-form content
• Produce videos for websites and landing pages
• Capture destination, lifestyle, hospitality and experience-based footage
• Film both vertical and horizontal content depending on the platform
• Plan shots and sequences based on a creative brief

Video Editing

• Edit Reels, short videos and advertising creatives

Content & Creative Production

Requirements

• Proven experience in both photography and videography
