Job summary

Juara Holding Group is seeking a Content Creator to capture high-quality photo and video content across travel experiences, liveaboards, and luxury charters. You will operate Sony cameras, drones, and underwater cameras, then edit with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut to produce compelling content that aligns with the brand.

The role requires field work in Labuan Bajo and other destinations in Indonesia, with strong storytelling, lighting, and composition skills.

Qualifications

• Education with a background in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Photography or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or in a similar role.
• Strong photography and videography skills, including composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in using Sony cameras (A7 Series/FX Series); experience with drones and underwater/action cameras is an advantage.
• Willingness to be based in Labuan Bajo and stay onboard vessels during trips/charters.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut, including basic color correction and color grading.

Responsibilities

Juara Holding Group is a Bali-based holding company with a diverse portfolio across hospitality, property, lifestyle, and digital services. We develop premium travel experiences and luxury tourism across various destinations in Indonesia, including Bali, Labuan Bajo, Komodo, and Raja Ampat.

We are currently seeking a Content Creator with strong photography and videography skills to produce high-quality visual content throughout travel experiences, liveaboard trips, and charter journeys.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator with strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills who is comfortable working directly in the field.

The role will be responsible for capturing photo and video footage during trips, including onboard vessels, at sea, and across various tourist destinations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in operating professional cameras, have a strong understanding of composition and lighting, and be capable of performing basic editing to produce fast, high-quality content aligned with the brand's visual standards.

Experience with drones, underwater cameras/action cameras, as well as experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or luxury lifestyle content, will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Location Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during trips, liveaboard journeys, and charters.
• Produce footage from vessels, at sea, tourist destinations, guest activities, and landscapes.
• Capture memorable moments, ambience, details, and travel experiences in an engaging way.
• Apply appropriate composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling techniques based on content requirements.
• Adapt shooting techniques to outdoor conditions and changing situations in the field.

2. Social Media Content Capture

• Produce engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Capture footage in various formats and aspect ratios according to platform requirements.
• Ensure all visual content maintains consistent quality and aligns with brand standards.
• Identify and capture moments with strong potential for engaging content.
• Produce raw footage and visual assets for use by the Marketing and Creative teams.
• Operate drones to capture aerial footage when required and when possessing the relevant skills and experience.
• Use underwater cameras or action cameras for underwater photography and videography when required.
• Ensure drones and other equipment are operated safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and ready for use in various shooting conditions.
• Drone certification or relevant flight experience is considered an advantage.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Produce rough cuts, previews, and basic video edits for initial review.
• Perform basic color correction and basic color grading.
• Organize footage properly before submitting it to the central editing team.
• Ensure edits are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and content requirements.
• Perform basic file organization and footage backup during and after trips.

5. Trip & Guest Documentation

• Document guest activities during liveaboard trips, charters, and travel experiences.
• Capture guest moments naturally without disrupting their comfort or overall experience.
• Respect and maintain guest privacy throughout the documentation process.
• Follow company guidelines regarding the use of guest photos and videos.
• Capture the overall guest experience as part of the travel storytelling process.
• Operate and properly maintain cameras, lenses, drones, lighting equipment, tripods, underwater cameras, action cameras, and other accessories.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use before departure.
• Check batteries, memory cards, storage, and other equipment before and after shooting.
• Ensure the safety and security of all equipment during travel and while onboard.
• Report any equipment damage or loss to the responsible person or team.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Creative, Editing, and Operations teams.
• Understand creative briefs and visual requirements before conducting shoots.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
• Be open to feedback and make adjustments according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with vessel crew and operational teams during shooting activities.

Editing Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut, including basic color correction and color grading.

Attention to Detail & Aesthetic Sense: Able to capture the best moments quickly and possess a strong visual sense aligned with luxury/travel branding.

Team Collaboration: Communicative, able to work effectively with vessel crews and production teams, and open to feedback.

English Proficiency: Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with guests and international teams.
