About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join the Marketing & Communications team at PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA. This is a full-time position based in Bali. As a Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing and producing engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content across multiple platforms, contributing significantly to our marketing strategy and digital presence.

Key responsibilities

Create and produce high-quality content including blogs, videos, photographs, infographics, and social media posts tailored to various platforms and audiences

Develop creative content strategies that align with brand messaging and marketing campaign objectives

Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publication across all digital channels

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content opportunities and support broader marketing initiatives

Research industry trends and competitor content to inform creative direction and keep content fresh and relevant

Optimise content for search engines and social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement

Edit and refine content for clarity, consistency, and brand compliance before publication

Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to enhance future content strategies

Engage with audiences across platforms, responding to comments and fostering community dialogue

Manage multimedia assets and maintain an organised content library for easy access and repurposing

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role within marketing or communications

Strong proficiency in creating diverse content formats including written, video, and visual content

Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms

Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software

Basic video editing skills or experience with video production tools

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
