About the role

We are seeking a creative and engaging Content Creator to join our team in Malili, South Sulawesi on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing compelling visual and written content that showcases our innovative modular construction projects and solutions. You will play a crucial part in building our brand presence and communicating the value of our work to both internal stakeholders and external audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your creative talents with the dynamic construction and project management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content including photographs, videography and graphic designs of construction projects, modular structures and site activities
• Develop written content such as project case studies, blog posts, social media updates and marketing materials that highlight our construction expertise and project achievements
• Manage and maintain our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular engagement with our audience
• Collaborate with project management teams to document ongoing construction projects and capture key milestones and developments
• Produce promotional videos and multimedia presentations that showcase our modular construction solutions and company capabilities
• Research industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant, contemporary and competitive
• Edit and optimise content for various digital platforms and formats to maximise reach and engagement
• Support the marketing team in developing content strategies aligned with company objectives and business goals

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the construction, engineering or manufacturing sectors
• Strong proficiency in video production, photography and graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex construction concepts in an accessible manner
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for multiple platforms
• A keen eye for visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling narratives around projects and company achievements
• Familiarity with construction, project management or modular building processes is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to developing innovative content ideas
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian language skills are advantageous
