Job summary

Konstruksi is seeking an experienced Supervisor Konstruksi to join our Bali team. This full-time role oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and that projects progress on schedule and within budget.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with clients and engineers, and mentor junior supervisors while upholding Indonesian building codes and environmental requirements. The position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic Indonesian construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities according to schedules.
• Motivate teams including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks for safety and standards.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation; report variances.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers and site teams.
• Maintain detailed site records and daily logs.
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental requirements.
• Mentor junior supervisors and new team members.
