Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a final-year Civil Engineering student for a Project Management Intern role in Indonesia. You will assist the PM team with planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities to support project progress.

Your responsibilities include developing schedules, preparing reports and minutes, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with project plans during site visits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Civil Engineering.
• Basic understanding of construction project management and building construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQ, cost estimates (RAB), technical specs, and contract documents.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work in a team.
• Good time management and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Support the development of project schedules and monitor project progress.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in monitoring work quality, timelines, and compliance with project plans.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections as required by project needs.
