Job summary

Synergy Pro seeks an experienced Project Manager (Expatriate) to oversee high-end real estate development projects in Bali. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-site presence to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and top-quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Architecture/Construction Management and 5+ years of delivery experience, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing real estate, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and project reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction progress, identify issues, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and company standards.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Oversee contractor performance, evaluate work quality, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
