Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Senior Construction/Real Estate Project Manager to lead built-to-suit warehouse developments in Jakarta. You will analyze land markets, source land parcels, run tenders, and develop rigorous RFPs aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities include reviewing design submissions, monitoring construction progress with QA checks, and ensuring SPX Express standards. Frequent site travel and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or other related technical fields
• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in industrial construction, warehouse development, or real estate project management
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works
• Hands-on experience in tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as well as vendor and landlord negotiations
• Sound knowledge of building codes, permits, and industrial property regulations in Indonesia
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model cost scenarios, translate data into insights, and assess project risks
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites as required by business needs
