Job summary

PT KEPODANG MAKMUR SEJAHTERA in Batam is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and develop new opportunities in construction and industrial sectors. You will promote the company’s capabilities to potential clients and build strong relationships with project owners, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

You will monitor tender opportunities, conduct market research, prepare proposals and marketing materials, and coordinate with Estimator,

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
• Promote the company's construction and contracting capabilities to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and potential tender opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Approach and communicate with prospective clients to understand their project requirements.
• Arrange company presentations, meetings, and business discussions with potential clients.
• Prepare and coordinate company profiles, capability presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor tender invitations, project opportunities, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with the Estimator, Engineering, Project, and Management teams in preparing project proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain communication with prospective clients.
• Maintain a database of potential clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Develop long-term business relationships and support the company in securing construction projects.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, prospects, and project opportunities.
